Dr. Richardson is President Emeritus of the Jackson Campus of Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi. Prior to this appointment he was the interim pastor at Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Newark, DE, Assistant Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, AL, and Assistant Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Augusta, GA. Dr. Richardson is a licensed counselor. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary, Georgia State University, and Auburn University where he received his Doctorate in Education. Dr. Richardson has been a board member since 2005. He and his wife have two grown daughters.

Rev. Harr is currently Senior Pastor of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Allenwood, New Jersey. Following graduation from the University of Delaware with a BS in Finance, he began his career at Sunoco, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA where he worked for 14 years, most recently serving as the manager of Financial Planning and Performance Analysis. He has a master’s degree from Reformed Theological Seminary and was ordained and installed in July 2012 as Associate Pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, Delaware. Tom served at Faith until October 2018 when he moved to his current role. He and his wife, Stacey, reside in Wall Township, New Jersey along with their five children. He has been a board member since October 2012.

Mr. Fiol is a Senior Executive Vice President at Fulton Bank in Lancaster, PA where he serves as the Head of the Consumer & Small Business Bank. He has worked in various leadership roles at Capital One, Bank of America, Milliken and a handful of entrepreneurial ventures.  He and his wife, Deanna, make their home in Lancaster, PA and have five children. He has served as an elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and currently in the United Reformed Churches of North America. He has been a board member since June 2019 and is grateful to serve the Lord in this way.

Mr. Hayward is the President and CEO of Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community. A graduate of Lafayette College, Mr. Hayward began his career in banking focusing primarily on credit, financial transactions, corporate lending, mergers and acquisitions. He also founded Hayward and Associates, a company formed to assist small to mid-size businesses with CFO support. He has been a board member since 1993 and President since 2004. Since becoming President, Mr. Hayward has received his Certification for Aging Services Professionals (CASP). He is a ruling elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, PA. Mr. Hayward enjoys golf, tennis, squash, and Adirondack boating and hiking with his wife, Barbara, and their five children.

Dr. Carpenter is the Chief Medical Officer at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Medical Management at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He is a ruling elder at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Allenwood, NJ. He and his wife, Marla, live in Wall, NJ. Dr. Carpenter has been a board member since 2021.

Pastor Mark Van Gilst is an ordained PCA minister of the Gospel and is the founding pastor at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Kemblesville, PA. Prior to this appointment, he was Associate Pastor at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Newark, DE and headmaster at the Wilmington Christian School in Hockessin, DE. He is a graduate of Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI and has a master’s degree from Illinois State University. Mark and his wife, Lola, reside in Quarryville and have four children and nine grandchildren. Pastor Van Gilst has been a board member since 2004.

Mr. Klazinga is currently Vice President of Pharmacy Benefits at a Third Party Administrator in Charlotte, NC. He has been in the pharmacy benefits industry for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. He is married to Faith and they have four children and one grandchild. He has served as an elder in both the Presbyterian Church in America and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. They are members at Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Charlotte, NC and he currently serves as chairman of their missions’ committee. He joined the board in June 2019 and is thankful to serve the Lord at QPRC.

Mr. MacKenzie served as the non-executive Chairman of American Water in Vorhees, NJ from 2006 until his retirement. Prior to this appointment, he was the interim President and CEO of C&D Technologies and Executive VP and CFO for Glatfelter.  After 21 years, he retired from the Hercules Corporation in 2001 where he had served as their Vice Chairman and CFO.  He is a graduate of both the University of Delaware and the University of Chicago.  He also serves on the Board of Westminster Seminary.  He and his wife, Carol, have two grown sons.  Mr. MacKenzie is a ruling elder at Proclamation Presbyterian Church in Bryn Mawr, PA.  He has been a board member since 2005 and is the current Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Prior to this he was a research engineer for Basell Polyolefins designing manufacturing processes for novel materials. He has also served as ruling elder at Good News Church in Hockessin, Delaware since 2014.  He has been a board member since 2023.

Mr. Schempp served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for ICL AMERICA, Limited, since 2014. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HBD/Thermoid, Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fenner Dunlop Lightweight Conveyor Belting. Prior to this, he worked for Chemprene, Inc., for 28 years, serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and in an ownership capacity.

 

He is a graduate of Clarkson University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is married to Mimi and they reside in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their beloved Cairn Terrier, MacDougall. Mr. Schempp’s interests are photography, aviation, motorsports and history. Mr. Schempp and his wife, Mimi, are members of Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been a board member since June 2014 and is currently a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Mr. Youngdale is currently Director of Outreach at Good News Church (PCA) in Hockessin, Delaware. Mr. Youngdale has served as ruling elder at Good News Church (PCA) (formerly Berea Presbyterian Church) for over seven years. A native of Wisconsin, Mr. Youngdale resides in Liberty Hill, TX, with his wife Carol, and they have two grown children. Mr. Youngdale has been a board member since 2017.
